Our next Northern California Regional Event will be a joint meeting
with both San Francisco and Sacramento. The event will be held on
March 19, 2009 with a presentation titled All About Podcasting.
Please see the agenda below for more details.
If you have colleagues in other firms or others within your own firm
who share your interest in this topic, please invite them to attend
with you. Nonmembers are always welcome at our events, and we're
hopeful they'll learn a little bit about ILTA from the experience.
There is no cost to attend, and there is much to be gained. Tell a

Description: "You mean your firm isn't podcasting yet? Everybody is
doing it." Not true, but creating audio and video casts is not as
complicated as you might think. Attend this session to learn more
about Podcasting, review potential uses, guidelines for best practices
and the technology of recording and posting podcasts in your firm.
Panelists:
Tony Hartsfield is a Senior Analyst, learning systems at Bryan Cave
LLP. He serves on the steering committee for ILTA’s User Support Peer
Group and is the Applications Track chair for the ’09 conference. He
is also the co-founder of the online community, Society of Legal
Learning Professionals (
http://legallearning.net).
Tracey Rhys is a Technology Trainer at Bingham McCutchen. Tracey has
over 20 years of experience as a trainer. She has worked in the legal,
financial and insurance industries, doing both technical and soft
skills training. She has been with Bingham McCutchen for over seven
years, where she is a Technology Trainer in the San Francisco office.
