to Bay Area Legal Trainers Organization
Hi Everyone--

Our experiment with getting together for one of these webinars was
such a success that we're going to do it again. I saw this talk at
the ILTA conference in November and thought that it was really
useful-- especially if you're thinking about moving to Office 2007.
And you don't have to pay the connection fee! Please join us if you
can.

Note that we'll be meeting this time at Coblentz in the Ferry
Building. Thanks Dani!

----------------

The next ILTA/Bay Area Legal Trainers Organization meeting will be
held on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 with a webinar presentation
titled Office 2007 – Rollout Prep from the End User Perspective.
Please see the agenda below for more details.

If you have colleagues in other firms or others within your own firm
who share your interest in this topic, please invite them to attend
with you. Nonmembers are always welcome at our events, and we're
hopeful they'll learn a little bit about ILTA from the experience.
There is no cost to attend, and there is much to be gained. Tell a
friend about the ILTA meeting!

Description: Please join us as we share this encore presentation from
the ILTA ‘08 conference. Here is the webinar description:

Session Title: Office 2007 - Rollout Prep
from the End User Perspective

Office 2007 presents significant changes in user interface and overall
document production and management processes. In order for a firm to
protect itself from a negative impact on productivity among users new
to the Office 2007 interface, education and orientation must be a key
consideration before, during and after the rollout. We address
shrinking classroom training time and how to educate user groups about
the change and prepare them to work in the new software without
interruption. We'll help you make your Office 2007 rollout a huge
success!
