Have you guys looked at pair.com?  I have been using them for my own projects for the past 6 years or so and am really happy with them.  They aren't real hand-holdy, but their support has been stellar, and there uptime is really good. runs both PHP4 and PHP5. If you'd like to give it a go on my server just
