Hi Steve,

I have a quick question for you.  There has been some furniture build-up in the house over the years of roommates coming and going.  Since you are showing the house to, I presume, UMD students, could there be a way for us to leave some of the furnishings behind?  This way, we may not have to completely expel every last item of furniture from the house (especially if it was already in when we got there)--which alleviates stress on us--and you can advertise it as a perk of the house.

Thoughts?

Amanda

Great!  Thanks so much, Steve!  You have no idea how much stress that takes off my (and others') shoulders.

Yes, I'm sure stuff has built up over the years.  Tape a sticky note on furniture you want to leave there with "conveys" written on it.  The only exception is beds.
