Hi Steve,

I hope everything is going well in your world! : )

As for us, we in the house are playing the annual game of "What does my life look like this summer?"  One question that keeps coming up is what is the minimum number of roommates you would require for us to stay in the house for June/July?

From my perspective, it seems as thought 3 of 5 of us are really hoping to stay until August 1.  That said, I know that 2 roommates are still working out their own details for what their lives look like in 6 weeks (job hunting and possible international moves are the big things being considered).  It would really help to know your thoughts on summer housing to keep expectations clear and communication open.

Thank you kindly,

Amanda

Thanks!
Do you think we could get a discounted price for this summer?

June/July rent is $325 as a standard; it shouldn't be different for us.  But, if 1 or 2 rooms aren't filled, he may not want to rent to us for that time...or may want us to pay collectively pay the difference.  No idea, which is why I asked. : )
