Hi Steve,

How are you? I hope everything is going well!

Since you told me that you will be renovating part of the house after all of the current tenants leave, I was wondering if you could tell me which of the areas of the house are worth spending time cleaning and which ones are just going to get dirty or be thrown away during the renovation (like carpets).

Best,

Roberto

Don't worry too much about cleaning carpets or scrubbing walls.  Focus attention on the bathrooms, the basement, cabinets, appliances ...the stuff that's staying.

Hi Steve,

Roberto just looped us in on this. All the cleaning seems fine, we just wanted to know your expectations for the basement. We will surely get out all of our stuff, is there anything else you want us to do down there? I understand that there are still some of your things along one wall.

Best,
Patricia, et al.
