Comcast is coming...again

Hey Homies, 

A maintenance crew is coming by tomorrow between 1pm-3pm. They will in all likelihood stay outside the house (they will be focusing on fixing something on the pole). However, the person I spoke to did say that they may need to get into the house. I am not sure if I will be able to make it home then, will any of you be around?

Thanks Caitlin, apparently they are running behind and it will be from 3-5 now.

However, what the asshole did yesterday is just send a technician for a general troubleshooting problem and just told me it was going to be a maintenance crew that wouldn't need to come inside. So I just told the dispatcher who called about the delay to check to see if she can also schedule a maintenance crew...OH MY GOD I WANT TO SMASH THINGS.  I want to find the highest level to report this epic incompetence.
