So, this will hopefully be one of the LAST emails I send out about fucking comcast.
Good news as of right now: the internet is up and running in the house.
The Comcast IT person came today. Said it was basically the same unresolved issue as before (with signal problem on the pole outside). Gave is number and supervisor, said that he is putting this on his watch for 30 days (we will be gone by then). He called later today to say that people came by to fix it and to call him if we experience any other problems. We shall see what happens, I don't have any hope that this will solve anything in the long run.
As for the router. I took it into radio shack today. The guy told me it was just old and that I should replace it. I just got a new snazzy (after doing some research, it actually was best to buy it at radio shack because they have a lot of stuff on clearance right now because they just got bought out, they are getting different products and have to sell the old ones).
I will follow this email up with a whatsapp message with the new password.
