Playoffs and Next Season (B Team)

Hey guys,

Two parts of this email. Part 1: I am emailing Phipps to try and
figure out if we still have another game before the playoffs and if
not, when our first game is. I will let you know when I hear back.

Part 2: Please let me know who is and is not playing next session on
the B-Team so I can get the roster together, figure out how much it
will cost per person (should be in the $300-$350 with a 15-13 man
roster), and how many guys (if any) we need to pick up.

So far for next season I have only heard back from the following
people who are all playing:

Brett Holmes
Kevin O'Grady
Robert Symonds
Bill Blackford
Bob Blackford
Josh Glantz
Garrett Peters (returning if we have space)

Matt Friedman (Not returning til Fall)
Joey (on IR)

1 WTF happened to Joey?  Count me out for the time being though please leave me on the email list.  I am currently unemployed, so I need to see where the money could come from.  At best I would be PT, but count me out for now.

Part 1:

a) Doubt there is another game.  They have yet to post the results of our last 10:45 game against AA Fire which we won in a high scoring affair.  That makes 13 games, finishing @ 10-3, tie with Wild Wings with 20 points.  Can't be caught from behind.

b) Wait for Phipps to confirm, but I would start prepping the guys for a head to head contest against Wild Wings on Sunday Feb 12 at 5:00pm (5:15, but better to be early).  I think I am reading that playoff schedule correct.

 

Part 2:

Going to pass on this next session.  Last night may have been it for me.  Planning on suiting up for the playoffs, enjoying the playoffs from the bench.   Not get in anyone's way on the shifts.   Perhaps squeeze in a shift at the end once you guys run the score up a bit.   The knee simply is not cooperating, no lateral mobility.   Keep me on the list, maybe I can find a way to strengthen or tweak this thing for the fall.....or breakdown and actually get it worked on by a professional.

alumni hockey game.

I will be playing next session with the rouges, however it will be with the A squad. I will most certainly fill in for every B game y'all will allow. For now, let's focus on crushing it in the playoffs.
