The Baltimore Node is a member-run maker space or ‘hacker space’ where people can hack, craft, and make interesting things in a supportive and collaborative environment. For the last ten years, the Baltimore Node has made a space available int he community for hackers and makers to come together, share ideas, create projects, launch businesses, and share and learn from one another.

We've made it to double digits, moved spaces three times, expanded our tools, knowledgebase, and membership. As you may know, we operated as a 501(c)3 non-profit, and are primarily self-supported by our membership as well as people like you from the community. Our $50 per month membership dues gives each member an equal say in what happens here, storage, access to the space and tools, and our members-only discourse mailing list.

Our goal for 2020 space improvement is to separate the dirty metal and woodshop from the general space and electronics area. Your contributions will help us set up this barrier, cleaning the air and minimizing dust. Please consider a tax deductible one time donation or subscribe as a monthly supporting member for $10/mo.

We'd love to see you on a Thursday, when our space is open to the public. We host our weekly "Open-hack" on Thursday evenings from ~7-11pm. Bring a project, or just come to chat!

Deepest Thanks,

Todd Blatt and the Baltimore Node
