Rawlings-Blake on WYPR

This is the first thing I've seen in awhile about the live
entertainment bill.

During the community hearings, I subscribed to Stephanie Rawlings-
Blake's email updates ("The Rawlings-Blake Roll Call: Council
President's"). The most recent one included a small blurb about her
being on WYPR and a link to the podcast.

I would like to know more about the other zoning legislation mentioned
in the interview. Please forward any information you find. I'll try
to find time to look it up myself as well.
