how hard is it to dial back the wiki clock by 4 hours?

I'm sure there is a way to change the default timezone. I'll add it to
our list of wiki config todos.
In the meantime, after you login, click on "my preferences" on the top
right and then change your timezone on the "Date and Time" tab.
