We’re recruiting FoodCorps service members to join our team at Great Kids Farm/Baltimore City Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year. FoodCorps is a nationwide AmeriCorps service-year program focused on food access and education.
This position is an 11-month role beginning next school year in which service members would join our team to lead hands-on food and agriculture lessons with students at Great Kids Farm and schools throughout Baltimore. FoodCorps service members earn a stipend of $33,000 for the service term, and upon completion are eligible for an education award of $7,395 that can be used for qualifying education expenses. Members also receive health insurance. Learn more about member benefits here. Access to a car is required for this position which requires frequent travel and transportation of educational materials between the farm and schools throughout the city.

note on funding: FoodCorps is a grantee of AmeriCorps, a federally funding program.
