Man; time and seats are running out, and I don’t have your minimum deposit of $133.00 yet. Please hurry to confirm your seat before the July 5^th full payment due date. Slow down Claudy, I’m getting ahead of myself. I am currently up to 36 seats leaving 18 seats unaccounted for. I am standing in the space that you are a passenger on my party bus. In that context, I am hosting a “Hop on the Bus Gus!” breakfast, on Saturday Morning, June 22^nd from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon, at T&T food service, 3824 S. Morgan, to personally invite you to join us on our party bus to the International Black Summit Event in Ottawa Canada.

While you enjoy a free continental breakfast, you will:

·         Meet you fellow passengers,

·         Make arrangements for hotel roommates should you desire,

·         Pay for your seat on the bus,

·         Preview the week in Ottawa,

·         Register for the International Black Summit,

·         Make your hotel reservations,

·         Help you with your passport application if needed, and

·         Much more.

 

You should bring:

·         A minimum of $133.00 for your deposit on the bus, (checks, money orders and cash are accepted. Make checks and money orders payable to Claudy Chapman.)

·         If you do not have a passport, bring your birth certificate. (you will need this and a current photo id to purchase your passport)

My party bus will leave Chicago early Tuesday morning in time to arrive in Ottawa Tuesday night. For the facilitators on board, you will arrive in plenty of time for your clearing meeting on Wednesday morning at 9:00 AM. For the party members who are not facilitators you have the day to relax, explore Ottawa, shop and meet summit participants from all over the world. On Thursday, new summit participant will take the prerequisite course to prepare for the weekend conversation, as well as registration for those who have yet to register. That Thursday evening the Ottawa Host team will formally welcome all the participants to the Summit Weekend. Friday the summit weekend begins at 9:00 AM and continues through completion, Saturday the conversation continues starting at 9:00 AM and continues through completion and Sunday the final day of the conversation begins at 9:00 AM and ends when completed. Monday is check out and for the facilitators debriefing begins at 9:00 AM, for non-facilitators the last day is yours before heading back to Chicago following our original route. We will arrive in Chicago Tuesday morning.
