What aspect of myself am I listening to when I am present to the considerations of others?

I am listening to my heart.

Much of the training that goes on inside the conversation of the International Black Summit is clearing me so as to be able to hear what life is telling me. Inside that listening I heard that an adjustment to the trip schedule. Inside of that listening the following adjustments have been made:

• ·         Tuesday evening, July 30^th 2013 on our way to Ottawa, Canada; over 750 miles to Ottawa, Canada. My bus will leave Chicago, IL and travel through Gary, IN, South Bend, IN, Toledo, OH, Cleveland, OH, Erie, Pa, Buffalo, NY, and Syracuse, NY before crossing the border into Canada. Please make sure you have your passport.

• ·         Wednesday morning, July 31^st 2013 we arrive in Ottawa and check into the National Hotel Ottawa.

• ·         Thursday, August 1st 2013, PREREQUISITE COURSES 9:00 am until Completion for anyone who has never attended an International Black Summit event. Opening Event for participants and the public, 7:00 pm until 10:30 pm. Cost Free Admission; Cash Bar.

• ·         Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, August 2^nd thru 4^th, FRIDAY 9:00 am until SUNDAY completion.

• ·         Sunday, August 4^th Check out of the National Hotel Ottawa. Returning to Chicago.

 

I am hosting a “Hop on the Bus Gus!” breakfast, on Saturday Morning, June 22^nd from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon, at T&T food service, 3824 S. Morgan, to personally register  you to join us on our party bus to the International Black Summit Event in Ottawa Canada.

While you enjoy a free continental breakfast, you will:

• Meet you fellow passengers,
• Make arrangements for hotel roommates should you desire,
• Pay for your seat on the bus,
• Preview the week in Ottawa,
• Register for the International Black Summit,
• Make your hotel reservations,
• Help you with your passport application if needed, and
• Much more.

 

You should bring:

• A minimum of $133.00 for your deposit on the bus, (checks, money orders and cash are accepted. Make checks and money orders payable to Claudy Chapman.)
• If you do not have a passport, bring your birth certificate. (you will need this and a current photo id to purchase your passport)

How to use the chart.

If you are on the party bus and have attended the summit previously and are sharing a room with two other people, then your estimated cost for the week will be approximately $694.29. On the other hand if you are on the party bus and have never attended a summit event before and you are sharing a room with another person the approximate cost for the week is $838.74

Recommended Contribution
Recommended Contributions fund the Annual Summit Event and support the General Operations of the International Black Summit Inc.     You may contribute more or less than the recommended contribution.
