Dear Family and Friends:

 

Today, May 23, 2012, we are 72 days or approximately 10 weeks from the 2012 International Black Summit Event being held in Birmingham, Al., the home of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC), and the civil rights movement.

 

If the 2011 summit in Chicago is an indicator, this year’s event will be mind blowing, off the hook, spiritually enlightening and the source of cataclysmic breakthroughs. I am excited to invite you to my “Summit Bus Party” which will start Wednesday, August 1, 2012 and conclude approximately Sunday, August 5, 2012. My party begins with a luxury bus ride to Birmingham, Al. from Chicago and back. As of today there are 21 of 50 seats earmarked for excited participants, and there are seats with your name and that of your invited guest waiting for you to occupy.

 

Think of it, no waiting in lines at the airports and train stations, on driving 11 to 13 hours only to arrive tired and a little stressed about that speeding ticket that you almost got. Estimated fuel cost one way at 22 mile per gallon, mid-grade $133.79; cost to park in hotels parking lot $10.00/day.

 

Party with us in air conditioned luxury and comfort. Sleep all the way there and back if you like, watch a movie, listen to your favorite music and/or engage in the conversation of the weekend with old and new friends. Our party will travel 733.5 miles one way and journey through Indianapolis In. Louisville Ky., and Nashville Tn.

 

Even if you aren’t in the immediate Chicago Land Area, flying into Chicago and traveling with us may be less expensive than a flight from say Canada, New York, Wisconsin and more.

 

There are 5 simple steps to attend my party:

1st.                  Contact Claudy Chapman at urbc...@aol.com or by phone at 7737685518 and tell him to hold your seat on the Chicago Party Bus to Birmingham, Al.’s 2012 Summit Event.

2nd.                      Go to the International Black Summit Web page at http://events.r20.constantcontact.com/register/event?oeidk=a07e5mpxt9b007f6c3f&llr=7tnhpzn6, and register for the Annual Summit Event 2012.

3rd.                        If you never attended a Summit Annual Event and/or Prerequisite Event go to http://events.r20.constantcontact.com/register/event?oeidk=a07e5nwxcyr8f6b9001&llr=7tnhpzn6, and register for the August 2, Birmingham, Al. Prerequisite.

4th.                       After you receive your registration confirmation, reserve your hotel accommodations by contacting the Double Tree Hotel Birmingham before June 25^th to get the Summit Rates shown below.

5th.                       Pay for your seat(s) on the Chicago Party Bus by July 1^, 2012 in cash, check, or money order payable to Claudy Chapman with Chicago Party Bus in the memo section of your check or money order.

 

After the first fifty (50) seats are paid for, another bus can be obtained if sufficient demand is demonstrated (i.e. after another 25 participants show up we will look to fill (50) another bus).

 

Between now and August, 1^st, Chicago will host three summit shares, where you, your family and friends may get specific information about the International Black Summit, Register for the Birmingham Summit, Register for the Prerequisite, Pay for your seat on the Chicago Party Bus to Birmingham, and meet people who like you are up to some amazing things in their lives. The dates for those shares are:

1.        June 2, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., at T&T Foodservice, 3824 S. Morgan, Chicago, IL. 60609.

2.       June 30, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. until 5:00p.m. at T&T Foodservice, 3824 S. Morgan, Chicago, IL. 60609.

3.       July 14, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. until 5:00p.m. at T&T Foodservice, 3824 S. Morgan, Chicago, IL. 60609.
