Hi everyone!
It is time when we have to announce possibility for next applications. As we already decided in Lund maximum amount of money for what participant can apply is 400EUR. Also we decided that only one team from faculty can go on exchange.
Only thing that we have to figure out is when we are going to announce application and for how long time there will be possibility to apply.
I offer to announce start of application in 8.May and participants can send in their applications for two weeks till 22. May. After that we announce results.
We have a foundation of 12,000EUR. If we take in notice all exchanges who are goanna happen we have 5822, 92EUR left. That means maximum number of exchanges with full amount of money that can happen is 7.
Let me now if you have suggestions or comments.

I thought that the deadline for the second round applications is 1st of May...
And only one group from one fraculty cand do an exchange once? I could not find such a line from the guidelines (sorry if i was careless in rush) but some exchange groups were excited to do another exchange with somebody else. Thinking about the future.... what if there is two gropus from one faculty and they start to compete who can apply?

Hi!
In Lund we decided that only one group can apply from one faculty. I think one of the reasons what we should take in notice is that if many groups applies from one faculty and there will not be foundation for groups from faculties who are not participating. The target is to get as many faculties to apply as we can.
I suggest to take a look how many applications we have and if there will be some money left we can decide to give it or not.
Deadline as 22.May would give more time for more groups to apply. Also there is really no big differnece is it the end or start of May, because the exams are coming closer and they are probobly are going on September anyway.
Your thoughts?
