"Ballpark: Camden Yards and the Building of an American Dream" Book

I have for sale the out-of-print, 1st edition, hardcover book "Ballpark:
Camden Yards and the Building of an American Dream" by Peter Richmond
(1993). The hardcover edition contains 294 pages with black and white
photographs detailing facts, and the building of "Orioles Park at Camden
Yard."
Front Jacket Excerpt:
"The unqualified hit of the 1992 baseball season was the opening of Oriole
Park at Camden yards, the new ballpark in Baltimore. Located at the site of
an old railroad yard, the park turned back the clock from the days of
sterile, round, cookie-cutter stadiums to the old-time charms parks that
were literally shaped by the cities they inhabited: Ebbets Field in
Brooklyn, Fenway Park in Boston, Wrigley Field in Chicago. Filled with
wonderful architectural details-red brick arches, wrought-iron railings,
advertising signs on the outfield walls-this park, from the moment it
opened, it felt as if it had been there forever."
The "Ballpark: Camden Yards and the Building of an American Dream" 1st
edition hardcover book is in MINT condition.
