I have for sale the 1995 Bradex "Johnny Unitas: Champion Colt" NFL Limited
Edition (95 Firing Days) Collector Plate #84-B10-173.4 with Original Box,
Certificate Of Authenticity and Johnny Unitas' signature in gold. The plate
measures 8" in diameter and is the fourth issue in the "The Great Super
Bowl Quarterbacks" Collection. The plate features Johnny Unitas wearing his
white with blue trim Baltimore Colts' uniform, in a game-action photo. In
the lower portion of the plate it states: "SUPER BOWL V" at the top of the
plate in gold lettering it states: "Baltimore Colts 16 - Dallas Cowboys 13"
