Dear Sir;

Let me explain you how builder and GOWO betrayed the Customer.
A recent mail dtd.11/11/2014 sent by GOWO stating that builder has
agreed not force the customer to pay disputed VAT is totally false and
malafide.I have just took over possession of my Flat A-710 BMR Raj
Nagar. I was chasing with the builder since May-2014 after clearing
all my dues.It was only in the month of Nov. I was offered possession
of my flat with lot of deficiencies and without no dues certificate
and possession letter. When I demanded these letter I was asked to
come to their Corporate office at Karkardooma Delhi where I was forced
to pay the VAT without which I was denied the NOC and possession
letter. Finally I had to pay them the VAT amount.Builder is also not
paying delay hand over charges due w.e.f 1st July. It is my earnest
request to all GOWO members to initiate action against GOWO who is
prima facie responsible for this cheating and collaborating with
builder.

Dear sir

1 I agree with Mr hemant.
I got registration done on 10  Nov and was forced to pay VAT

2 builder not giving possession without paying VAT.  He takes name of Mr ashok chowdary of Gowo that he also paid then how Gowo can say not to pay VAT.

3 please don't give  false reports to your customers who trusted you

I do agree with mr. Hemant , moreover I suggest we should file a joint ligitation against builder as well as GOWO for redressal.

All of us should raise voice against the builder & GOWO. They both are cheating us.
