Dear Sir / Madam,

This is for your kind information that your Representatives are continuously forcing me for taking over of flat A-89. They had confirmed that flat is complete in all respect and ready to move position but while I reached at site on 22/10/2014 and examined the flat following major deficiencies have been observed -

1. One tile of Master bedroom is broken.
2. Window glass of hall and both the bathrooms/toilets are not fitted.
3. Gaps observed between floor tiles as well as level also not maintained.
4. Gap observed between floor tiles and skating tiles at all over.
5. Door lock of One toilet is not functioning.
6. Door bell switch not installed/fitted.
7. Floor level is not maintained i.e. water stayed / accumulated at middle of main hall floor.
8. One wall tiles cracked in kitchen.
9. One wall tile cracked in Bathroom.
10. Semi modular kitchen not furnished completely. work is pending.
11. Seepage observed in one balcony near tap.
12. Quality of workmanship is not up-to the mark. 
13. Coating of one fabricated aluminum door is peeling off need to replace.
14. Toilet seats are very dirty / used by workers.
15. Both Wardrobe / wooden almirah are not completed.
16. Electric fittings are seems to be loosed. 
17. Chitkani of most of the windows and doors are not functioning properly.
18. False sealing of both bathroom / Toilets are not fitted properly.
19. Electric connection in both bathrooms are not cleared to make further fittings.
20. All windows and doors are not cleaned. 


Above deficiencies have been verified by your Rep. Shri Manoj Malhotra and Shri Anupam. I can not understand that how your representatives declared that the flat is ready to move and I can take over the flat. It is not possible to takeover the flat without fulfill / correction of above deficiencies and delay in possession is at your part. 
I have to come from Jabalpur (M.P.) every time but till date not getting my flat which make me very unhappy.
It is regretting to say that quality of work and material used are not upto the mark and no one is bothered about customer and their difficulties. They just passing the time and every time they promised to complete the work within two or three days but after one month the position is same. I have to return back to Jabalpur by Monday i.e. 27/10/2014 at morning so please confirm that my flat could be handed over to me by Sunday Noon By 12:00 hrs after getting corrected above all deficiencies. 

Project Director of GOWO is also requested to look in to matter and make necessary assistance to overcome from this problem.

Registry of flat may be delayed as considered fit by individual flat owners, Till personal satisfaction and clarification of Government notification is verified.

3.    Maintenance charges,  refer para 7 of the minutes of meeting, Builder is settling cases on one to one basis during adjustment of full and final accounts

4.    Further we are continuously monitoring Builder for completion of pending works, separate communication will be circulated.

I do agree with Mr Arvind
I have also received letter and calls from Shama for possession and when I visited on Sunday, flat was not ready.
Window panes and tiles are broken
Spots on walls..need to repaint
Pop not done...which is part of original specification and communicated number of times to Anuj Mehrortra

GOWO team, you have to interfere here and its high time with Meenal and time to take some legal action against them related to fraud and cheating
They have refused to pay late penalty charges for which they have agreed and signed letter...when I discussed with them on this matter they said, they are not aware of such letter
They have sent me letter of possession and actually flat is not ready....which is clear case of fraud
I hope most people would favour this to get this moving....

Hi All,

One advice to all that Don't move into flat by the time all work in completely done . I am staying tthere and for one small work like rod in wardrobe , i  am going again and again 
to all people sitting there in so called there site office But they are like overloaded with some or other work and busy with their own chit chat than looking into your problem.

In short what my experience says till now that they do not have any process at all . Like quality check if one work is completed properly or not . Management do not exist at all.
All the people hired here are to make sure that you take money from customer on time and then to forget whether they have any responsibility or not.


I am sorry to say but every thing which you expect from builder (services, quality of work) is /are  Pathetic.

Till Date flat is not completed and I have to go back. I'll takeover after completion all my complaints.

We require your intervention here to resolve open points with Builder on urgent basis.
 
It's very frustrating with Meenal to re-iterate the same thing again and again....are we paying the price to make payment on time...

It's close to 10 days since last communication and there is no improvement....we want you to take ownership and get this resolved.
 
Please own the pain of buyers who invested through GOWO and only getting mails like below....how much time we have to invest with builder, how many times we have to chase him to get things done, If this is the scenario with us, they have imposed late penalty and now nothing....
 
I would like you to own this and sorted out for us

Hi
My suggestion is that first anyone should take the official possession of property and then all the legal processes can be initiated.
Otherwise the property will be lying ideally of no use and the hard earned money will be unnecessarily blocked/underutilized for the entire time period till the legal proceedings are over. Also you will be keep on paying the installments of loan or loosing the interest of you money.
The choice is yours because you are better Judge for the subject.
