I do buy this point as there no clear picture as of now by when will we be given actual possession, however builder has calculated maintainance charges from 1st Jul'14 as per demand letter issued to me .

Sachin, Its a norm for builder to collect maintainance charges in advance at the time of possession. Builder will provide maintainance till RWA is not form and handed over.
I have not seen my demand letter yet, but i am thinking of paying the dues realated to cost of flat and maintainace charges or any other component not related to cost of flat at the time of actual possession.
Any thoughts ?

Dear all
Yesterday I jad detailed call with gowo official n he informed me that gowo had meeting with CMD of meenal housing.  In the meeting it has been concluded that if members are getting possession in the month of june 2014 all payment should be made at the time of possession.  Further he informed that two year maintenance charges can be devided as one year charges with current date cheque n second year charges with post dated cheque.  He also informed me that no payment is due at present as the possession is being offered at june 2014 and we should link it as per the agreement.
Any other views in this.

But this must be supported by a written communication either from GOWO or Builder as verbal communication can't be considered as base since builder has already issued demand letters to all concerned for final settlement and clearance of dues .

I had also Called Mr. Ashok Choudry.He said interest one year current date.one year PDC .Is affected from July. All the payment can be done in june at the time of possession as lot of work pending like lift ,finishing etched can ask Ashok ji of GOWO to circulate this in Group.Mahender Bathla

I agree for meet at site and take collective decision for final payment and penalty for delay payment also electrical installation charges. We should meet on Sunday 06-04-14 or 13-04-14 at 11:00 hrs. If some body unable to come he/she should send their representative on behalf of them. and also final decision after given notice to builder should be mail to all members by mail itself.
