Dear Anuj Malhotra,
It is regret to say that your representatives are regular chasing for possession of flat A-89. But till date no progress has been seen in my flat which was noticed in my earlier mail. I have visited my flat on 09/11/2014 (Afternoon) and found nothing good in my flat.
Following discrepancies are still remaining/exist........
1) Grouting work not done properly in all the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and hall and it still left many places.
2) Finishing work of skirting not done in proper manner including grouting work in allover the flat.
3) Plaster surrounding Hall Toilet choukhat is peeling off as well as in master bedroom.
4) Shower in both bathroom getting leaked.
5) No single Window glasses fitted in both bathroom and hall window, which was noticed earlier.
6) Three wall tiles found cracked in bathroom and one floor tile found cracked in master bedroom balcony. which needs replacement.
7) Two or three tiles in kitchen get unfixed from wall may be coming out any time by small jurke.
8) Master bedroom newly replaced tiles not fitted properly.
9) Many chitkany not functioning properly in some of the doors.
10) Guest room door lock not functioning properly.
11) Toilet still not cleaned and flap of one toilet is not functioning/fitted properly.
12) Cleaning of all windows, floor and tiles not done properly. Wall putty/ grouting paste spills here and there.
13) Finishing of wooden windows not good. It is in very poor condition.
14) Aluminum door of guest room still fitted on single screw which is very unsafe.
15) False ceiling of both bathrooms are not fitted in proper manner.
16) Lock in both wooden almirah not fitted which is unsecured.
17) Shaft at Lobby of guest room not cleaned and waste material is still there.
18) Gap observed between wall and wall tiles in both bathrooms.
19) Major gap observed under the kitchen slab behind semi modular kitchen setup.
20) LATKAN in bathroom is found broken.
21) MY ORIGINAL REGISTRY OF FLAT A-89 STILL NOT HANDED OVER TO HDFC LTD. FOR WHICH THEY ARE REGULARLY CHASING ME.
The all above problems again has been verified and discussed to Mr. Manoj Malhotra, Mr. Kashif Khan, Mr. Sharma (Floor tiles contractor) and other staff present at location. They have seen and agreed with the above and once again promise me to get it done at earliest.
But still I am surprised how your people done supervision job at site and for what they have been paid if every thing and discrepancy observed by us at every visit.
It is again regret to say that I feel cheated when not getting my flat even several time receiving call from your side for taking over the flat. I have to come from JABALPUR (M.P.) every time received your rep. call and returned back with empty hand. It is very embarrassing for me and also not possible to come for pointing out the finishing / discrepancies of the flat which is actually your supervisor's work. Your reputation does not match with your current way of work.
I shall take over the flat only after clearing the above discrepancies. Delay is still from your side and accounted at your end and liable for delay compensation charge @ Rs. 5/- per sq. feet as per agreement clause.
All respected GOWO team also requested to look in to the matter and help me to get possession of my flat in good looking condition. Please also arrange to reimburse me delay compensation charges @ Rs. 5/- per sq. feet as per BBA clause for delay possession as my possession was due in December - 2013.
