Dear Sir,

Deadline of valid VAT demand letter has already passed, still builder has not presented any document.

Now, they are refusing to give No Dues and Possesion letter until PDC is cleared.

Should we get the registry done in absence of No Dues??

w.r.t. MOM dated 10 Sep 2014 following points has been observed till date - 
1) No authentic documents still received from builder as per MOM dtd. 10 Sep 2014 within GOWO and Builder rep. 
2) No proper justification regarding consumption tax is given whether builder has paid the same to authority or not. No tax deposit slip shown to any member who are asking for the same.
3) What the basis of calculating Rs. 22/- per sq. feet? Whether it is equally distributed among all resident or builder impose by his own interest. As Tax is approximate 1,22,087/- only as per circular they have attached. and they have asked for 23,800/- or more from each member which means they have charged more than distribution.
4) The have also not shown the Government demand notice for consumption tax as what amount government want and what amount they have been charged.
5) As per MOM builder says many cases one to one basis which means builder is not fair at their end. He has to give justification to all the members.
6) No customer satisfaction is shown from the builder as well as from the GOWO. GOWO should show his interest in his customer interest.

All the members are agreed with above please reply?
GOWO representative please ask builder for above matter and give your valuable feedback to all the members.

I totally agree with Mr Arvind..
V all are feeling cheated both by GOWO aS well as builder...  Builder keep us I  dark always and GOWO is not all interested I  their customers rights...

I think v should take some action now

1  I request you to please update me on the issue of payment of vat@Rs 22.  As m getting registration of my flat done on 10 Nov. 

2  in addition if anyone can let me the total registration cost including advocate and sub registrar  fees. My flat no B 02 area is 1203sq ft.

Looking for early help n suggestions

Hi Sachin,

Regarding VAT, you will have to pay as builder will not go ahead for  registry without it, I paid and as per my communication with 2-3 people who are living there ,they also paid.

Dear Mr. Ashok Chaudhary,

 As per the VAT charges of Rs. 22/Sq.ft. which has been charged during the registry, we are yet to receive
any official notification from the Government of India. which the builder has to provide.

 We had issued a post dated cheque for which a receipt was sought and till now no receipt has been received
from the Government of India as had been suggested by the builder, but the builder has already cashed in.

I request you to issue us the receipt from the builder or else return our hard earned money.
