Dear Sir,

I have     also visited site on 30////04/2014 and observations are as follows - 

1. Flats are not ready for possession and it will take at least two month for completion.

2.     FIRE FIGHTING INSTALLATION: Fire fighting installation has not been done completely specially wing A.....

3. Semi modular kitchen has not been installed.

4. Ward robs has not been installed.

5. Toilet seats and other amenities has not been install in the flats.

6. Car parking not ready. Even work has not been started.

7. Only one lift installation is under process. Type 1 side lift installation does not started......

finishing work still yet to be started.

Please again have visit and give actual  picture to us as you are mediator and having a big amount against booking as commission/service charge. please upload latest photos of project and also upload     all necessary NOC and approval's copy for ready reference of all residents.

Dear Sir,

1.      Please refer to our joint site inspection on 26 Apr 2014 at 4 PM of RNE Project.   Your appreciation has encouraged us to complete the   remaining work with more perfection and speed.

 

2.      In all probability project will be completed in time.  Other details of our project is as follows:-

(a)     Compounding: - The compounding of our project has already been taken from the concerned authorities.

(b)     Fire Fighting: -     All arrangement of fire fighting has been installed and completed.  NOC received from the department.

(c)      Electricity Connection: - We have already been sanctioned the electricity connection of 1000 KWA bulk load.

(d)      Drinking Water arrangement: - Water softening plant has already arrived at site and is under installation. Hope the same will be completed soon.
