As per the mail attached the document is only a Notice to your firm and it is not shows that what amount you have paid / deposited against the notice? Please give copy of voucher / tax receipt you have maid against the notice of consumption tax and justify the calculation of consumption tax for purchaser. customer satisfaction should be first priority of your esteemed firm.

Yes Mr Yadav is correct. The Sales Tax Department U.P has levied penalty on builder. How the customer are liable for sharing the penalty levied by Tax Authorities on builder for violating the Law. We need not pay Rs 22/- per Sq Ft.
