Additional floor contruction (10th & 11th)

Dear all Owners,

 

Yesterday (Sunday), I visited on site and came to know that the builder have started construction of two additional floors. Current plan was 9 floor, not it will be 11 floors. He have also setup a kiosk and sales person to sell additional flats directly. Any Comments?

Dear All concerns

In my view web need to study the builder buyer agreement thoroughly to finmd out whether builder has given any clause of extension of another two floors or not. If not then we can oppose this additional construction of two floors on the grounds that the basic facilities ie. club, swimming pool, community center and all other such facilities will be used by the occupants of these additional flats, in turn we the owners  up to 9th floors will get less time to use those facilities. THINK.......................................... do we need to talk to builder to reduce the cost of the flates for us or shall we need to go to the consumer forum for redressal.

I agree with Mr Umesh and as far as I understood the BBA, I think its no where mentioned that builders holds the power to construct additional floors and that too without any intimation to its earlier customers - not taken. I think we need to get ONE and speak to Meenal MD regarding this.

Dear all,

 Sorry but there is also no mention of that the builder is going to construct 9 floors only. We knew from the very first day of

booking that the builders are trying for the 10th & 11th floor as The SCC and the other builders has received application to construct till 12th floor.

Hi,

At the time of booking, I known to the fact that builder may increases two more floors. GOWO person told me that the builder has roof rights and may increase two more floors. But I think this is not mention in the BBA.

united we stand ; divided we fall. Let all of us meet on a decided
date to inspect the construction site along with the representative of
BMR. Also all of us who have paid for covered parking shall get
amended BBA for the same since in BBA no mention of covered parking is
ensured. On my inquiry, Mr. Vishonai said that it will be amended at
the time of possession.
