Dear Sir;

Merely writing a letter to the builder is not sufficient. GOWO must workout the strategy to get back the amount to the GOWO members which was charged by the Builder. Also completion certificate at the end of the builder has not yet been provided. GOWO as a promoter of the society has been silent on this for a long time. I request u to send me the memorandum of understanding/agreement signed between builder and GOWO to further pursue  the case as my deptt.is asking for the completion certificate against the swapping of loan.
