As directed I had a detailed conversation with Ms. Shama regarding registration of Flat Unit which was initially to be executed on 23rd July as was agreed earlier.
Now as per Ms. Shama we can execute registry on 28th July’14 i.e. Monday; given that additional amount of 22/- sq. ft is settled before registration against which you have failed to produce a single notification copy till date although I have been requesting to share notification along with write up since inception of this issue dated 20th July’14.
As we all are aware of Circle rates revision from 1st August onwards by GDA, would request to pls this done on or before 28th July keeping in mind additional financial burden we will be accustomed to in case of shortfalls which in our case would be liable at Builder’s end only.
In midst of this, I do assure you to clear liabilities if any at my end even after registration, post resolution of this matter which as per me is still sub judice & meanwhile you extend your support in getting Flat unit registered taking forward our 3 year old relationship which we all have cherished till date.
Looking forward for a favourable & speedy response.
Aside PD Sir( GOWO):- Would request to expedite & clear this hue once and for all; as any further delay towards registration post July will turn financial liability of this uncalled additional cost to builder only for which he should be held accountable too.
