Quick programme  fro the next week or two.

Can peeps confirm their availability for the programme and the two wkds
away, these are subject to availability.  We have also penciled in a
light weight overnight camp in May.

I am waiting on confirmation from Auchengilan in Scotland for Annual
camp, I have most of the figure and all looks good.  Please confirm that
you are still available for this camp, once I have confirmation I will
put out to Parents.  Alex and James are not available.

I’m sorry I won’t be here this Friday have a conference in Cork Saturday have some stuff to organise before I go!

I won’t be able to make the Castle Saunderson weekend as I’m away then, or the MPC weekend. Should be good for Aurora though, and Scotland is a go too!

Yeah that sounds really good.  I can make the weekend of the 26th April not sure about Aurora yet.  I am good for the trip to Scotland and I will be there this Friday but can't make the 12th.

CastleSaunderson is not available indoors for the weekend we proposed so in lieu am proposing that we Camp two night sin either LH or Aurora and that we put sleeping tents and Marquee up on the Thurs night?

We have never camped in Aurora, so that might be a positive experience. 

Query 

- can we get a trailer onto camp field in Aurora?
