Just a quick news to my subscribers first; as you know, I've been searching for a public venue to it our "home in the Valley." Yes, yes, the whole WORLD is our dance floor, and that's what Dancers Digest is about. But I too won't mind seeing a consistent, public venue where we can have our dance-fun on a regular basis! (other than my home!)
We are trying out a new place, starting soon! Yay! I will send you email alerts with new development.

3. [Fri 09/19] Valerie and David's last Ballroom Dancing in Granada Hills
Please join us tonight in bidding farewell to Valerie & David Katz. This Friday will be their last dance in California. They are moving to Bella Vista Village, Arkansas after this last dance.
Michael and Roland will be running Friday ballroom dances after September 19th.
It's a potluck night, so bring your appetites and your dancing shoes. Lesson at 8pm: Foxtrot with Guest Instructor Lisa Fay. Followed by open dancing until 11:30pm.

5. [Wed 9/24] "Formula for Ladies Styling" encore workshop
What is "styling"? It's that thing you do to make you and your partner look good while you dance with your partner. I repeat: WHILE you dance WITH your PARTNER.
I will be holding an encore workshop next Wednesday, but with slightly different materials. Repetition is the key to the success, so we will review and repeat some of the things that we covered. Plus, we will twist it and add more to move forward.
If you haven't been to this week's workshop, no worries! Show up and you will do just fine!
