Replying to emails in the list

Hi everyone,

Please may I ask participants in the Google Groups mailing list to sanitise emails before submitting replies. (It doesn't happen for new messages, as far as I can see).

I had several occurrences where replies to threads/messages did not go through (on time) because it was kept back in the moderation list, as it was suspected to be spam.

I can't figure out exactly why, but it seems that if a previous response is included in a certain way, it gets trapped.

So as a suggestion, maybe, when replying, try to remove all content from the previous mail before starting your own response.

There might be check-boxes in your email clients to choose whether to respond inline or include the tread/response.
