The Committee to Organize Seminars, Workshops, Extra Mural and Special Lectures of Dr Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University is delighted and honoured to invite you to the Symposium on Role of National Education Policy 2020 in Increasing the Quality of Legal Education and the Book Launch of Emerging Issues in Law and Justice from the Perspective of Globalisation on March 27, 2023, at 10 A.M. The event has been preponed to an earlier scheduled time. Kindly mark your presence at F-1, Academic Block by 9:45 A.M.

The event would be graced with the esteemed presence of Chief Guest of the day, Shri Brajesh Pathak, Deputy Chief Minister & Cabinet Minister of Legislative, Justice, Rural Engineering service in the Uttar Pradesh Government, Guest of Honour, Dr Raj Sharan Shahi, Associate Professor, BBAU and Dr Anand Paliwal, Professor at University College of Law, MLSU, Udaipur.

The NEP 2020 aims to usher in sweeping changes to the education policy of the country. Concerning the importance of legal education in the security, peace, and welfare of the country, the symposium would lay emphasis on the role of NEP 2020 in ensuring the quality of legal education. NEP insists that stand alone legal Universities must aim to be multidisciplinary in their approach and curricula and NLUs across the country must branch out in various fields which will bring diversity to the campus and bring about holistic learning for their students.
