IPC calls for CVs for Internship at:
P&A Law Offices, New Delhi (http://www.palaw.in/)
For the months of May, June and July 2021.
The following are the main practice areas of
the firm:
1. General corporate advisory and corporate
transactions (Corporate)
2. Competition law (Competition)
3. Corporate Dispute resolution
(Litigation/Arbitration)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Send your CVs latest by 11:59pm 18th March,
2021 at rml.i...@gmail.com
2. Please send your CV pdf files (not exceeding
2 pages) with the updated CGPA. Do not mention incorrect CGPA, it will be
cross-checked.
3. Subject of Mail: Internship at P&A Law
Offices.
4. Please specify the dates of your internship
in the mail. The internship will be for a period of 4 weeks.
5. Please specify the preferred practice area
(General Corporate and Competition or Dispute Resolution) in the mail. Students
may give a preference for ONLY ONE TEAM.
6. The file name of this document should be
your [Graduating Year][Applicant’s Name]_[Name of College] For e.g., “2022_John
Doe_ABC University”.
7. In case of non-compliance with any of the
above-mentioned instructions, IPC will not consider your CV.
Mandatory additional information:
In addition, the firm requires the interested
applicants to answer the following questions:
1.
Why do you want to intern at P&A Law Offices?
2.
Aside from P&A Law Offices, which other place (either a law firm, or
chambers of a counsel, or in-house etc.) would you want to intern and why?
3.
Why do you want to be a lawyer?
The answers to the above questions should not,
in total, exceed two (2) A4 size pages.
Each Applicant should provide only one
document, i.e., the first two pages being their CV and the remaining two pages
as their responses to the questions set forth. The space allocation for each
question is left to the discretion of the applicants.
Additionally, the students are advised NOT TO
SEND INDIVIDUAL APPLICATIONS as P&A Law Offices would not be entertaining
any such applications.
In case of your selection, the IPC will notify
you.
