The newest volume of Ball of Wax, culminating one year of pandemic releases, is available for your pre-ordering enjoyment. 20 tracks that you have probably never heard before to brighten - or smudge, or alter the hue of - your late-winter. Today, being Bandcamp Friday, would be a great day to pre-order it.

If I'm speaking totally frankly, over the past year BoW has gone from being an occasionally self-sustaining affair to . . . well, very much not that. As thankful as I am for Bandcamp subscribers and purchasers, there really is no way, given this project's reach, to replace the income boost of 50-100 people coming to a club and paying the cover for a release show. So, if you've got a few bucks, I (and my CD manufacturer and mastering engineer and the US Post Service) would greatly appreciate it.

We're gonna have an online release show on Saturday, March 20th via Facebook Live, featuring Arthur C. Lee, Tomo Nakayama, KO SOLO, Oryan Peterson-Jones, and most assuredly others. More details to come. There's no cover, but I strongly encourage you to buy the new BoW or some music from some of its contributors ahead of time. Like, today, ideally.
