Alb-Science Institute invites its members and other academics,
scientists
and researchers to participate in its four-day International Annual
Meeting
in Macedonia.
Dear Colleagues!
The Organizing Committee is pleased to invite you to the 4th
International
Annual Meeting of Alb-Science Institute, which will be hosted by the
South
East Europian *University of Tetova, Macedonia, 30thAugust- 2nd
September,
2009.* The Annual Meeting of Alb-Science Institute acts as a venue to
highlights the high academic performance of its members and to present
and
promote the most current findings of researchers, scientists and
experts
from around the world. In addition, it aims at
opening up opportunities to strengthen the cooperation amidst
Institute’s
members and international universities and researchers in their
respective
fields. This exchange of experience, information and knowledge is
beneficial
to all participants regardless of their background and interests.
The 4th International Annual Meeting 2009 will be held in the South
East
Europian University of Tetova and is organised in cooperation with the
South
East European University (SEEU) and the financial support of the
Government
of the Republic of Macedonia.
The main theme of the Meeting will be:
“ALBANIAN SCIENTISTS IN THE STREAMS OF WORLDWIDE SCIENCE.”
The Symposiums’s overlapping theme will be:
“Scientific Institutions: Albanian, Kosova And Macedonian
Experiences”. All
sessions will be held in Albanian and English. Oral presentation and
poster
sessions will be an important part in the meeting.
Eight contemporaneous conferences will be held, one for each of the
Alb-Science Institute’s scientific divisions (see more details below).

INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
• Authors are invited to submit their most recent findings in their
professional and scientific areas.
• Papers should be original, not previously published, or in the
process of
consideration.
• At least one of the authors should attend the conference, otherwise
the
papers will not be considered to be published in the Proceedings of
the
International Annual Meetings (PIAM) scientific journal of the
Institute.
• The title of the paper and an abstract of 150-250 words according to
ASI
guidelines must be submitted by May 31, 2009.
• It is impossible to delay the deadline for abstract submission since
the
abstracts will be published in a special Book, which will be
distributed to
the participants in the meeting together with the “Proceedings” of the
two
Former Meetings.
• The text submitted must be in Albanian or English. The text adheres
to the
stylistic and ASI requirements.
• Please include in your abstract the name of the Symposium you wish
to
participate.
• Please contact the Conference’s chairmen you are applying for if you
have
any questions.
• Submissions received after the submission deadline above, risk
rejection
without consideration of their merits.
