Missing data

Hello,

Are there any plans to allow for missing data in an analysis? I saw the previous answer about adding N’a, but for my data the unaligned gene length varies and I don’t want to introduce bias by saying definitively that there are no end gaps. Alternatively, I suppose allowing for uninformative ends gaps would be a solution (which would also be great for other reasons). But it doesn’t look like that’s currently possible?
