Social Share on Focus Photography Theme

I would like to know how can I activate the social share on the Focus Photography theme? Is it a social share by single photo or a share by post ?

Also, if you want to simply customize some part of your blog, go to this url: www.tumblr.com/customize/nameofyourblog (of course replace nameofyourblog by the name of your blog) and on the left part you will be able to change customize some bits (background color, showing the footer etc.).
