We will have our poem recitation around 10.10am.
Children are requested to collect in ROOM 4 by 9.40am.
We will practice there before we take the stage.

Attire:--Traditional dress would be encouraged.

Parents...Please make sure your kid is on time.

Parking information is as follows:-
Parking Directives for Clayton

· Please AVOID parking on the road – either on Hickerson or on
Clayton.
This reduces congestion in the neighborhood and also reduces the
possibility of
accidents while crossing streets.

· Chinmaya Mission has secured parking permit at a school near by
(less
than a mile) and directions to the school are given below.

· Clayton lower parking lot is reserved for drop off and pick up only
· Upper parking lot will be filled up first come first fill

· Once the upper lot is full, parents have 2 options

A. Drop your children/parents/visitors at Clayton on the lower parking
lot and
proceed to the school to park. You will be provided a ride back to
Clayton.

B. Go directly to Robert Sanders Elementary School. Directions are
given
below.
A shuttle will take you to Clayton.

Frequent shuttles will be running continuously all day between school
and
Clayton.

1. Take right to onto Hickerson, immediately left onto Clayton
2. Go about .7 miles on Clayton, right onto Mt Pleasant Rd at the

Mart Gas
3. Go about .1 miles on Mt Pleasant, right at Rocky Mountain Rd
4. School is at the corner of Mt. Pleasant and Rocky Mountain Rd
5. Enter from the first driving entrance of the school
