If your information is wrong in the excel sheet, kindly fill the "Details Form Family" Sheet attached with this mail and revert back.

If your neighbors details are missing, kindly pass the details form to them and get it filled before the monthly general body meeting this Sunday.

Note: Do Not modify the Excel sheet. It is only for reference.

Hello Mr. Jatia,

Just to bring to you attention that Chennai Mun.Corporation are working on this

problem and we are closely following up with them. The have planned to start road work as soon as monsoon stops. It is better for us too to wait another 2 or 3 months. Otherwise it is going to be a total mess and all of us are going to suffer. 

They have already open the tender document and short listed the vendor. CMC has planned for well planned road for Balaji Nagar and Padikuppam Road and The Zonal officer Mr. Rajendran has promised that our area will be as good as Annanagar or even better. They are sufficient funds and I request all Balaji Nagar residents to be little more patient.

We silently suffered all these years and request you to wait for another 3 or 4 months get our better roads.

Please inform all Balaji Nagar Friends that Municipal Corporation contractor will start the new

road work for Balaji Nagar tomorrow.

Let all our people may plan/adjust  car parking  accordingly.  Let all our friends accept any

inconveniences gladly for the new few week. As usual the work shall start from either from Kalaniketan end or from Vasanth villa end. It will be decided by them tomorrow morning.
