Meeting with police officials on Feb. 16

Anna Nagar Welfare Association (AWA) is organizing a face-to-face meeting with officials of Chennai Police/Traffic Department to be held on Feb. 16 from 4 p.m to 5.30 p.m at S.S. Kalyana Mandapam, Anna Nagar Western Extension.

Representatives of residential welfare associations, civic Exnoras, senior citizen associations and social activists are requested to forward their representations in duplicate, addressed to Commissioner of Police, Chennai, regarding the various problems faced daily in Anna Nagar due to CMRL and flyover works, to V. Nagasundaram, Secretary, AWA, 901, J Block 17th Street, Anna Nagar, before Feb. 10.

They are also requested to participate with other members in the meeting.

With regard to this Invitation, we need you to raise your concerns/request/woes with respect your Home/Flats/Balaji Nagar to me on or before Feb 7th so that we can prepare the draft Petition letter, have it reviewed this weekend and send it to the officials.

Kindly take this as priority since this is a good opportunity to make our voices heard since the elections are approaching.
