Once again this year, on September 3rd, we shall have the great opportunity

of celebrating the Appearance Day of Lord Krsna, as part of a 5-day
festival. As we well know, this is one of the most important celebration
days for all devotees of the Lord. We would, therefore, like to cordially
invite you to take part in the celebrations, so that together we can all
bring as much pleasure as possible to our dearest Radha Madana-Mohan.
5000 years ago, when Lord Brahma was in need, he called upon the Lord to
appear upon this Earth because of the great burden of there being too many
demons. So he requested all the demigods to come along and help him call for
the Lord's help. Likewise, we are kindly requesting all of you to
participate so that we can jointly invite the Lord to manifest Himself in
our hearts.

As an introduction to the Janmastami Day, and to prepare and purify our
hearts for this auspicious event, there will be 2 days of Kirtan and
Krsna-Katha, taking place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd of September. We
are happy to be hosting a number of well-qualified Kirtan singers - such as
Amala Harinama Prabhu, his wife Nadiya Mani and Ramanaji Prabhu, to name
just a few. His Holiness Sacinandana Swami and HG Madhavanda Prabhu will
also grace us by their presences, and delivering deep and moving lectures.
In the uplifting association of so many advanced devotees, their inspiring
lectures and the magic touch of the Holy Name, we will surely prepare
ourselves for an unforgettable spiritual experience.

Another very special moment of the festival that will surely catch our
attention and stir our hearts will be a professional dramatization of the
epic Mahabharata, which will take place on Sunday afternoon at 6pm. You can

The festival will reach its heights on September 4th with the Appearance Day
of Srila Prabhupada, the Founder-Acarya of our International Society for
Krsna Consciousness. This is the day when the most merciful blessings flow
abundantly into the hearts of all followers of His Divine Grace. Overwhelmed
by feelings of gratitude for the majestic gift of Krsna consciousness, the
devotees will rejoice by glorifying the spiritual master of the universe,
Jagad Guru Srila Prabhupada.

The festival will conclude with a two day seminar of Hari Dhama Prabhu and
Gavesi Mataji on the topic of "Spiritual Care of the Dying and Associated
Care Skills". This seminar has greatly inspired many devotees in the past 3
years and is a great help in assisting others to approach the final
examination of life, namely death. It also gives many important tools in
helping and supporting others.

After one Janmastami Festival, a few years ago, Sacinandana Maharaj wrote:
"While visiting Goloka Dhama to celebrate Krishna´s Appearance Day, a friend
asked me how I was. I said, 'I feel totally blissful because I am living a
most wonderful life!'" You are all most kindly invited to participate in
