We have updated our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice

We wanted to let you know about some important updates to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice, effective 5th July 2026. Alongside a new clause on AI features, we've also made updates to clarify our methods of communication, our new rules around the proper use of Sponsored Links in our Monetization Programs, the display of promotional content and updates to our third-party services and integrations clause. We have also updated our Privacy Notice to reflect how we collect and use your information when you connect your Linktree to third-party applications and AI-powered tools.
AI features on Linktree
We've added a new clause (Clause 13. Generative AI) to give you more clarity on AI-powered features at Linktree. As we continue to expand our suite of features to help you create content, surface insights, and personalise your profile, we want to ensure you’re set up to get the most out of them. Remember:
AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every use case, so we recommend reviewing outputs before publishing.
Similar outputs may be generated for other users, so you're responsible for ensuring your use of any AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and doesn't infringe on third-party rights.To provide these features, we may process and store your inputs and outputs and share them with third-party providers who help us deliver and maintain our AI features. You can manage your data preferences, including opting out of AI features, through your account settings at any time.

These updates will automatically go into effect on 5th July 2026. No action is required from you, but we encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice in full to see all the updates. By continuing to use Linktree from the effective date, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to the updated Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice, you need to stop using Linktree before 5th July 2026 and terminate your account.
