Are you tracking which prompts your brand shows up for in ChatGPT?

With that said, what's the actual benefit of tracking your brand mentions across LLMs?
The idea is you're tracking both if you're mentioned, as well as the sentiment (i.e. if you do show up, are they saying good or bad things about you).
Then, based off of this info, you can take action on creating new information sources, or tweaking existing ones to change LLMs perceptions on your brand.
It's tricky, because it's new tech, but it works.
