Hey everyone, happy new year!

For those of you that are here in Bakersfield let me know if you'd like to meet up on the 31st(Saturday).
I'm thinking pizza at Rusty's or something, there should be outlets for laptops/tablets/etc. in the party room.

RSVP so I know, I want to make sure we have more than 5 people going.
Assuming Rusty's is the final choice first 4 large pizzas are on me, although assistance would be appreciated. :D (Also let me know topping preference)
Invite other GNU/Linux users you may know, we can use the time to get to know each other a bit better, have distro discussions, plan future meetings, and be a group essentially.

I'll think about some things we could do, maybe some debates?: Debian or Fedora, vi or emacs, Python or Ruby, etc.

Happy Monday!

A couple, but we do have several members already.
It's about time we have a meetup. :-)

I would love to be there.  Most of my friends in town are Tech enthusiasts but not Linux freaks like I am.

Perhaps three people, not bad so far, two more and I'll set it in stone.
If anyone has another place in mind, let me know.

 Hey there everyone.

Sounds like a cool idea.

What time and which Rusty's are we looking at?

FYI: I used to be a Fedora user (learned it in school) until everything (server app wise) became more compatible with Debian/Ubuntu.

Let the debates begin! :)

Good questions,
Time, maybe 1PM, or 6/7PM, going to try to work with people schedules.
Which by the way, is a good time to ask, what's everyone's schedules for that day?

As far as which one, I was thinking Ming and Ashe.

Hello again!

Just checking, who's still going to make it to Rusty's Pizza next Saturday?
(Really want to be sure at least 5 people go, otherwise we could just go to Dagny's coffee shop, lol)

Evening is good.

Happy Friday!

The meeting is going to be at Rusty's Pizza off of Ashe Rd and Ming Ave Saturday the 31st at 7PM.
Knowing the amount of people I'll provide 3(as opposed to 4) pizza's and sodas; what kind of toppings/requests do you have?

The initial meet's "agenda" will mainly be getting to know each other, and discussing something called: The Guh Noo, and the Li of nux :-)

Lastly, knowing of gluten intolerance's, I am more than OK with going to Mountain Mike's or another gluten-free-pizza place.
