Our client a leading SaaS technology firm is looking to expand its engineering team with a Sr. Front-end Developer to assist in the development and management of a range of rich-client consumer-facing Web apps.

 

Skills:

 

 10+ yrs of IT, 3+ in a front-end developer role

- 3+ years of experience in JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS2/CSS3

- 1 +yrs Experience with Angular; any other such as Backbone, Ember is a plus

- Experienced in C# .NET development

- Experience of building cross-browser responsive rich Web apps

- Experience in building Restful Web Services

- Experience in Relational and NOSQL Databases

- Experience of working with a consumer or business-facing SaaS, e-commerce or technology firm is a plus

What kind of Job specifically request someone has 10+ years IT Experience? That is so specific and ambiguous at the same time that it's just ridiculous. I personally have 12+ years Professional IT Experience but I've never seen such a thing being a requirement for a job. It's just odd to me. Also, this is a Bakersfield Group, what's wrong with people?
