Friendly reminder - performance day this Sunday & your help in food/drink for after performance party

Dear all,

This is a friendly reminder that it is students performance day this Sunday. Please come to school at regular time so classes may have some time to warm up their performance if needed. 

Performance will start 2:30 pm.

We usually have an after party, and we need your help in after performance party by bringing in food/drink to the school for our students to enjoy after their performance.

1.  If your child is in Class 1 or 2:

      Please bring in drinks for 15 people.  Please try to bring water or something that is not high in sugar content.

2.   If your child is in Class 3, 4, 5 or 6:

      Please bring a dish to share.  Or you may also bring in some quick snacks or fruits enough for 10 people to share.

This is a friendly reminder that we do not have Chinese class on Thanksgiving weekend (11/25/2012 this year). Wish you all a very happy Thanksgiving holiday, safe trips if out of town, and good family reunion time!

 

FYI: School calendar

We will have Chinese class this Sunday (Nov. 18), and on Dec. 2, Dec. 9th, and have our traditional end-of-semester performance on Dec. 16, starting at 2:30pm. This is a special event that our students will showcase their study in Chinese from the last semester. Your presence and encouragement is very important to them. Please invite your family members and friends to this event.

The performance is mandatory for all students. All classes are preparing some programs for the special events. Our teachers have special roles for each student. If for any reason your children can not make to the event on the day, please inform their teachers in advance. Your corporation is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
