Good day all,
Since the last major post regarding motor's seizing, I thought you
guys might find this useful.
I just wanted to post something here about a great Oil I have come
across now.
I used this oil in my Yamaha YFZ R1 recently and immediately noticed a
difference in engine noise, performance, smoothness and overall engine
temperature.
So I thought, why not use it in the Bajaj, since I have used Shell for
a very long time, it's not easy making a switch to something else that
quick. Anyway, So I serviced the little one Last week Tue, and to my
surprise the motor was not as noisy, my torque range is much smoother
and better, higher revs sound better and is stable and the overall
temp of the engine is much lower than normal. It’s a pleasure to
drive the bike now.
The Oil is called Liqui Moly and the specific one I'm using can be
found here.

The deliver the oil to your doorstep and I could not recall 100%, but
it was something like R350 odd. The lifetime of the oil is about 4
times longer than normal oils, making it suitable for those times you
forget and go over the service period, but it should still be checked
every service interval and basically every morning, just to be sure.
Enjoy
