Broken spokes

Hi, just wanted to let you guys know about my situation.
I have an 180cc Bajaj Avenger and started noticing that the bikes feel wobbly on
low speeds especially during pull off. I checked Chain tension and even tried
to see if the wheel could have buckled but noticed very little unusual
movement. Today I removed the back wheel due to a puncture and started checking
bearing etc..I found # broken spokes and a cracked hub!!!. This is a first for
me as I have had various bikes including a Pulsar and never have I experienced
such misfortune. I use the bike daily and carry a pillion with me 90 percent of
the time, (combined weight about 140 kg) what could have caused this??

I have not heard of this before. Not on any bike for that matter.
Perhaps it was just a badly made part.
Luckily you found it, and not while riding the bike.
