Why is the send post on the group not working?

Why is it when I send a message (from https://groups.google.com/group/bajaj-riders-rsa/post),
it does not go through to the group members?
I do get the email response, when I tick the "Send me a copy"
checkbox.
Am I asking the wrong questions?

My apologies -- I have now set it up so that I can approve messages quicker.
